SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Estimated delivery dates are NOT an exact date of delivery, shipping delays frequently occur. DCD has NO control over shipment delays and/or delivery dates.

 

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Overnight orders MUST be completed no later than 12:00pm CST. Otherwise, the order will not process until the following morning for delivery the next day.

DCD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Customers must call the shop to discuss all returns or exchanges. All returns or exchanges are subject to a non-negotiable, 15% cancellation fee.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping, including warranty transactions, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please be sure to read core paperwork carefully. Shipping cores to the wrong location will delay return times and customer will be responsible for any additional shipping to the correct address.

Core refunds will be processed within 2-3 weeks of DCD receiving the core.

Special order products are non-refundable.

USED or INSTALLED parts WILL NOT BE REFUNDED under ANY circumstance.


No returns after 30 Days.

Estimated times of arrivals are not guaranteed.
