These Injectors are GREAT for anything from stock to around 360hp.
OBS Trucks - these are a fantastic size.. with really no compromises other than the ultimate power output if you wanted more. But hey... these will double the stock output with proper supporting modifications so really, who "needs" more than that anyway?
These will run exactly like stock on OBS trucks with NO tuning and will work with 'canned' tunes also if needed. This is particularly handy when you just need to replace injectors and don’t have any additional supporting modifications yet but still don’t want to be stuck with small stock replacements.
SD Trucks (99-03), these are a nice power bump, somewhat more efficient than stock split-shot injectors, and will work with little to no other modifications besides tuning. (See recommendations below).
 
 

Our Recommended Turbos:
#1. Irate Diesel T4 Mount kit with S364.5SX-E - This is our MOST recommended turbo for these injectors. No compromise.. Fastest spooling, most responsive turbo and perfect for these injectors at any altitude. And on OBS trucks this will come with most components needed to add an intercooler so, kill two birds with one stone!

#2. KC Stage 1 (63/68 .84) - This is our preferred drop in turbo, Fast Spool up and will get you the max power from these injectors while still being very responsive for towing and daily driving.

#3. A simple billet wheel in most cases will suffice with these injectors, this will leave some power on the table and not the best EGT Control but will work in a pinch and is mandatory (at a minimum) to keep the turbo from having surging issues on L99-03 trucks.


Who Should Buy These Injectors?:
We recommended these for trucks geared toward lower cost, reliability, and that tow heavy or frequently.

Max potential (in a race tune) these injectors combined with good tuning, proper turbo/intercooler, and fuel system will make approximately 360HP to the rear wheels.

*Fuel injectors are sold in sets of 8. Call for single fuel injector pricing. We use ONLY New Alliant Power External O-rings, beware of cheap o-rings. We have had multiple customers call us with competitor products using inferior o-rings that have failed.
Core charge will be refunded provided your existing Powerstroke injectors do not have any external damage and are rebuildable.
Under no circumstances will any injector cores be accepted that are shipped via United States Postal Service. There is a $50 per day late fee for cores returned after 21 days. Cores must be injectors that are in good physical condition, are rust free, and have not been burned or externally damaged. Cores that have been subjected to any alternative or "Bio" fuels will not be accepted as good cores. Any injector received that is disassembled or missing parts will not be accepted as a good core. There is a $50.00 charge per damaged solenoid. Cores should be returned in original packaging to avoid damage. To make special arrangements for core returns please contact us for approval.
